January is a perfect time to re-program and set new health goals. Whether your New Year intentions include getting fit, losing weight, or reducing stress; yoga can help to kick-start your new journey and leave you feeling energised throughout 2018.

Whitespace Yoga and Wellbeing Studio, nestled in the heart of Stony Stratford, provides a supportive space to take care of your wellbeing. Set in a tranquil court yard, the studio is tucked away in a beautiful Grade II Listed Character Building. The studios are flooded with natural light during the day and filled with cosy candle light during evening classes – providing an escape from everyday life to rest the mind and body after an energising class.

New clients can try a variety of class styles and teachers for £1 a day with an introduction offer: 20 days of yoga for £20.

For those wanting to build a solid foundation, Whitespace hosts 4-week introduction courses in Yoga, Pilates or Mindfulness – small groups designed for students with little or no experience. Courses take place across a range of days and times. New clients can take advantage of 10% off the courses which normally cost £49-£59.

4 week Introduction to Yoga

Yoga is for everyone; men, women, kids and teens through to seniors and new mums. In this course, you’ll get strong, release tension and learn to relax fully alongside other beginners, discovering yoga in a safe and fun space.

4 week Introduction to Pilates

Pilates is great whatever your age, body shape or fitness. During this 4week course, you will be introduced to some of the fundamental principles, concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing.

4 week Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the natural way to manage stress and anxiety. In our four week course we’ll explore this tried and tested method to help us to relax and relieve stress. Monkey minds are welcome!
