Buckingham based beauty salon, Harmony Skin & Beauty Therapy opened its doors last Saturday to celebrate 15 years in business with an open house event where they raised £710 for Milton Keynes based charity, Brain Tumour Research.

Guests gathered in the salon based in The White House on Buckingham’s Market Hill to enjoy free express skincare treatments, complimentary Dermalogica® face mapping plus, scoop up some special offers and prizes. They also took a special moment to remember the long-standing client who sadly passed away from a Brain Tumour earlier this year who the fundraising for the charity was in memory of.

Owner and Skin Specialist Shweta Kapur commented: ‘We are thrilled that so many clients could join us to not only celebrate our achievements over the last 15 years, but also remember one of our loved, long-standing client we suddenly lost to a Brain Tumour in March this year. We’re proud to be able to contribute towards vital research to find a cure to the devastating disease that kills more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.’

Shweta continued: ‘It was wonderful to welcome a host of new faces and introduce them to the vast array of advanced treatments we offer. Our client’s loyalty means everything to us, allowing us to grow and invest in the latest skincare technology like LPG endermologie that no other salon offers for face and body within 40 miles.’

Harmony Skin and Beauty Therapy have gained a reputation as one of the most progressive beauty salons in the Buckinghamshire county with a loyal client base who enjoy an extensive range of skin services including cellulite-busting endermologie, facial-toning CACI treatments, skin-tightening Lipofirm Plus and brightening peels.
